A focused mind

Chi Neng Qigong differs from other Qigong forms because it is based on the unique Hunyuan holistic theory of Dr. Pang Ming. In Chi Neng Qigong the emphasis is on exercises where movement is combined with a meditative but alert and focused state of mind, not an empty mind. We work on the exchange of internal and external (universal) Qi. Depending on the movement/exercise (Level 1 or Level 2) this exchange takes place on different levels in the body.

Chi Neng Qigong contains Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 exercises that support our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development.
